These dumplings are frozen immediately after preparation to lock in the juices and natural meat flavor.

Quick fact:

The Dovgan Meteliza range is inspired by classic "home-style" recipes. These pelmeni are free from artificial soy fillers, using only premium meat cuts to ensure a rich source of protein. The dough is specially formulated to stay firm during boiling, preventing the dumplings from breaking and keeping the delicious meat broth inside each bite.

How to Use:

Do not thaw. Bring salted water to a boil, add pelmeni, and cook for 5–7 minutes after they float to the surface. Serve traditionally with a dollop of sour cream, a knob of butter, or a splash of vinegar and black pepper. Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
