DOVGAN Pelmeni MINI are a bite-sized version of the traditional Eastern European meat dumpling. This 450g frozen pack features exceptionally small, elegantly shaped dumplings filled with a classic savory blend of minced beef and pork. The "mini" format is not only aesthetically pleasing but also ensures a perfect ratio of thin, silky dough to juicy meat filling in every single bite, making them a favorite for both gourmet appetizers and family meals.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, water, 26% meat filling (13% beef, 13% pork), onions, salt, rapeseed oil, spices. No artificial flavor enhancers or preservatives.

Quick fact:

Mini pelmeni are often considered a more refined version of the standard dumpling. Because of their small size, they cook much faster and are more convenient to eat, especially for children. The DOVGAN brand follows a traditional Siberian-style recipe where the combination of beef (for depth of flavor) and pork (for juiciness) creates a balanced, hearty interior protected by a dough that stays firm during boiling.

How to Use:

Do not thaw. To prepare: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the frozen mini pelmeni and stir gently. Once they float to the surface, cook for only 3–5 minutes (faster than regular pelmeni). Serve traditionally with a dollop of sour cream, a splash of vinegar, or a knob of butter and fresh black pepper. They are also excellent when served in a clear meat broth as a "Pelmeni Soup." Store frozen at –18°C.
