Ready to serve. Keep strictly chilled before serving. To completely preserve its delicate, unadulterated flavor notes, serve using a pearl, glass, or wooden spoon (metal spoons must be avoided as they cause oxidation). It acts as a magnificent topping for warm, buttered traditional crepes (blini), thin slices of artisan white bread with unsalted butter, or as an elegant garnish for festive hard-boiled egg halves. Store refrigerated between -6°C and -1°C (or according to back-label specifications). Once opened, keep tightly sealed in a chilled environment and consume within 24 to 48 hours.
