This 400g pack contains 5 individual 80g heat-resistant cooking bags, ensuring perfectly fluffy results without the risk of sticking or burning. Made from crushed whole barley kernels that haven't been polished, these grits retain their maximum fiber content and natural nutrients. With its mild, earthy flavor and hearty texture, it is an excellent base for side dishes or breakfast porridges.

Quick fact:

Unlike pearl barley (perlovka), "Yachnevaya" grits are crushed rather than polished. This preservation of the grain's outer layers makes them a superior source of beta-glucans and phosphorus. The Uvelka "Bags" technology simplifies the process: no measuring or constant stirring required.

How to Use:
