Prepared with minimal flour and high-quality ingredients, these syrniki offer a delicate milky flavor with a hint of vanilla, perfect for a wholesome and sophisticated meal.

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese (tvorog), ricotta cheese, sugar, wheat flour, egg products, semolina, salt, flavoring (vanillin). Contains dairy, gluten, and eggs. No vegetable fats or artificial preservatives.

Quick fact:

The addition of Ricotta to the traditional recipe significantly lowers the graininess of the cottage cheese, resulting in a "soufflé-like" interior while maintaining the classic golden-brown crust of a pan-fried syrnik.

How to Use:
