Cooking instructions:
In a pot:Carefully place the frozen Manti into 2 liters of lightly salted boiling water. To prevent sticking to the bottom, stir occasionally. Once the water boils again, reduce heat to medium and cook the Manti for about 15 minutes. Then remove with a slotted spoon and serve hot, for example with a spoonful of sour cream.
In a steamer:Lightly grease the steamer trays with oil to prevent sticking. Arrange the frozen dough parcels so they do not touch each other. Pour water into the bottom of the steamer and bring to a boil. Place the trays with Manti into the steamer, cover, and steam for about 25 minutes until the dough and filling are fully cooked. Serve hot, for example with sour cream.
