LEWANDOWSKI Pierogi z Mięsem are a cornerstone of Polish culinary heritage, offering a rich and meaty comfort meal. This 500g pack features handmade-style dumplings filled with finely minced, slow-roasted pork shoulder, seasoned with sautéed onions, aromatic marjoram, and black pepper. Each pierogi is encased in a delicate, elastic wheat dough that holds the savory juices of the meat filling during cooking.

Unlike many meat dumplings, Polish pierogi often use pre-cooked, roasted meat. This technique results in a deeper, more "umami" flavor and a tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture compared to raw-filled varieties.
Do not thaw. Boil in salted water for 5–7 minutes after they float. For a gourmet touch, pan-fry the boiled pierogi in butter with crispy bacon bits or caramelized onions until the dough turns golden. Serve hot with a side of sour cream or horseradish sauce. Store frozen at –18°C.
