These corkscrew-shaped noodles (Fusilli style) are part of Lubella’s heritage line, crafted using 4 fresh barn eggs for every 1kg of high-quality wheat flour. The dough is rolled three times to ensure a resilient, non-sticky texture and a vibrant golden color enhanced with a touch of turmeric. Perfect for holding onto sauces, these "Świderki" offer a delicate yet firm bite that elevates any home-cooked meal.
