Ingredients:

Sugar, apple purée, glucose syrup, egg white powder, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulators (lactic acid, sodium citrate), natural vanilla flavoring. Fat-free and made with natural fruit pectin.

Unlike Western marshmallows, Zephyr is traditionally based on apple purée and pectin. This gives it a slight fruity tang and a more structured, velvety foam consistency that is naturally lower in fat.
