Atlantic herring fillets (Clupea harengus), vegetable oil, salt, acidity regulators (citric acid, glucono-delta-lactone), preservatives.

The careful curing process results in a "melt-in-your-mouth" consistency that is less salty than standard salted herring, highlighting the natural richness of the fish.
