How to Use:

To make porridge: Bring 500ml of milk or water to a boil, reduce heat, and slowly whisk in 3–4 tablespoons of semolina. Cook for 3–5 minutes while stirring continuously until thickened. Sweeten with sugar or honey, and add a pat of butter. Store in a cool, dry pantry inside a tightly sealed container.
