Dovgan Manti "Uzbek-style" are large, traditional dumplings inspired by Central Asian culinary heritage. This 420g pack features a juicy filling of minced chicken meat, expertly seasoned with a blend of oriental spices for a subtle, warming kick. Wrapped in a thin, silky wheat dough, these manti are designed to be steamed, preserving the rich meat juices and delicate spice profile inside each parcel.

The Dovgan brand recreates the authentic "Manti" experience, where the meat is the star. These dumplings are free from artificial enhancers and provide a high-protein, leaner alternative to beef or pork varieties thanks to the premium chicken base. The spicy seasoning is carefully balanced to add depth without overpowering the natural savory taste of the poultry.
Do not thaw. Best prepared by steaming for 30–40 minutes until the dough is tender and translucent. Serve traditionally with a side of sour cream or a spicy tomato sauce. Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
