This 400g frozen pack features crescent-shaped dumplings filled with a smooth, savory blend of seasoned mashed potatoes and aromatic sautéed mushrooms. The delicate, thin wheat dough is crafted to remain tender yet firm during boiling, perfectly holding the rich, earthy filling inside.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, 30% filling (boiled potatoes, 10% mushrooms, fried onions, salt, spices), water, rapeseed oil. No artificial flavor enhancers.

Quick fact:

Unlike meat-filled Pelmeni, Vareniki are traditionally larger and feature plant-based fillings. The DOVGAN recipe uses real forest mushrooms to provide a deep, authentic aroma that elevates the simple potato base.
