EMELA Honey Mushrooms, known traditionally as "Opyata," are a prized delicacy of Northern and Eastern European forests. This 660g glass jar contains tender, wild-harvested mushrooms preserved in a delicate, aromatic brine. Characterized by their small caps and long, slender stems, these mushrooms offer a unique, slightly slippery texture and a subtle earthy flavor that is beautifully enhanced by a blend of traditional spices, garlic, and cloves.

Ingredients:

Honey mushrooms (Armillaria mellea), water, salt, sugar, acidity regulator (acetic acid), garlic, spices (including mustard seeds, peppercorns, cloves, and bay leaves).

Quick fact:

Opyata are one of the most popular wild mushrooms for pickling because they retain their firm "pop" and distinctive shape during the preservation process. They are naturally low in calories but rich in B vitamins and minerals.

How to Use:
