KOLBASPROM "Krakowskaya" is a classic representation of the traditional boiled-smoked ring sausage. This piece, weighing approximately 420g, is crafted from a balanced blend of coarse-ground pork and beef, seasoned with a time-honored mix of natural spices and fresh garlic. After being stuffed into a natural casing, the sausage is boiled and then smoked over natural wood chips, creating a firm texture and a deep, savory flavor profile with a distinct smoky finish that is a staple of Eastern European delis.

KOLBASPROM follows the traditional "Domašnjaja" (Home-style) technique for their Krakowskaya, ensuring the fat grains are large enough to provide juiciness without being greasy. The use of natural casings allows the smoke to penetrate deeply, resulting in a more authentic flavor compared to synthetic-cased alternatives.
Ready to eat. For the best experience, slice at a sharp angle into thick rounds. Serve on a platter with EMELA Soured Barrel Cucumbers and dark rye bread. It is also an excellent base for a rich, traditional "Solyanka" soup. Store refrigerated at +2°C to +6°C. Once opened, wrap in paper and consume within 5 days.
