How to Use:

Submerge one portion bag into a pot of boiling salted water (approx. 1L). Cook on medium heat for 15–20 minutes until fluffy. Lift the bag with a fork, allow excess water to drain, cut the bag open, and empty the hot millet into a bowl. Stir in a knob of butter or milk. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated pantry.
