This approximately 420g ring is made from a coarse-ground blend of high-quality pork and lean beef, interspersed with small, succulent pieces of back fat that provide its signature juicy texture. Smoked over natural wood, it boasts a deep mahogany casing and a robust, savory flavor profile defined by prominent notes of garlic and black pepper.

Ready to eat. For the most authentic experience, slice the ring into thick, rustic rounds.
