How to Use:

Cook from frozen. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil (throw in a few black peppercorns and a bay leaf for the traditional kitchen aroma). Drop the frozen pork pelmeni into the water and stir gently so they do not stick to the bottom. Once they all float to the surface, cook on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain well and serve immediately. Excellent topped with a slab of butter, a generous dollop of sour cream, or a dash of black pepper. Store frozen at -18°C or below.
