Ingredients:

Pastry (50%): Wheat flour, drinking water, eggs, sunflower oil, food salt. Filling (50%): Strawberries (85% of filling), sugar, modified starch, thickener. Contains wheat, gluten, and eggs. May contain traces of soy and milk/lactose.

How to Use:

Cook from frozen. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, adding a tiny pinch of salt and optionally a teaspoon of sugar. Drop the frozen strawberry pierogi into the water and stir very gently to prevent them from sticking to the bottom. Once they float to the surface, lower the heat slightly and simmer gently for 4 to 5 minutes so the dough cooks thoroughly without breaking the delicate berry casing. Drain carefully and serve warm. Traditionally enjoyed topped with fresh sour cream, a sprinkle of sugar, or melted butter. Store frozen at -18°C or below.
