Ingredients:

Beef, drinking water, food salt, spice extracts (black pepper, nutmeg, garlic), stabilizer (polyphosphates), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), color fixative / preservative (sodium nitrite). Encased in a natural edible beef or pork casing. Contains no poultry or pork meat fillers. May contain traces of milk/lactose, mustard, and celery.
