The fish is lightly salted and steeped in high-quality vegetable oil infused with a delicate, natural hint of wood smoke. Ingredients:

Atlantic herring fillets (Clupea harengus), vegetable oil, salt, natural smoke flavoring, acidity regulators (citric acid), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate). Contains fish. Vacuum-sealed in a convenient flat tray.
