The Tula Gingerbread is Russia's most famous honey-based confection, a protected culinary tradition dating back centuries. This 130g rectangular "Pryanik" features a beautifully imprinted outer crust and a generous layer of thick, caramelized boiled condensed milk (Varenka). Each piece is finished with a delicate sugar glaze that preserves its soft, honeyed texture.

Authentic Tula gingerbread is made using carved wooden molds to create its signature patterns. Ready to eat. Traditionally served as a centerpiece for tea time. For an even softer, "oven-fresh" experience, microwave the gingerbread for 10-15 seconds to slightly melt the boiled milk center. Store in a cool, dry place in its original wrapping to prevent drying.
