Gubernija Duonos Gira is an authentic, naturally fermented bread kvass crafted according to ancient Lithuanian traditions. Made from specially baked rye bread, this drink features a deep mahogany color, a pleasant sparkle, and a complex flavor profile that balances sweet maltiness with a refreshing sourdough tang.

Ingredients:

Water, sugar syrup, rye bread rusks (rye flour, water, wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, yeast, iodine, caraway), acidity regulator (citric acid).

Gubernija is one of the oldest breweries in the Baltics, and their Duonos Gira is produced through a natural fermentation process rather than simple carbonation of syrup. This results in a living drink rich in Vitamin B and natural enzymes, making it a healthy, probiotic-friendly alternative to modern soft drinks.
